Counter-Notification
If you believe that your material was removed (or access to it was disabled) by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification.
The counter-notification must include:

- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.
Our Response
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will investigate the claim. If the notice is valid, we will remove or disable access to the infringing material. We will also make a good-faith attempt to contact the person who provided the content so they can file a counter-notice if they choose.
Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to terminate access to our website for users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright.
